truStroke swim training hand paddles are proudly manufactured with American raw materials, assembled, and warehoused, in the USA.
truStroke swim paddles come with a five – year unlimited warranty against breaking, cracking, or failure of any kind due to normal training use. The surgical tubing, used to attach the paddles to the hand is not covered by the warranty, however TRC INNOVATIONS will replace the attachment tubing as needed for a $5.00 shipping and handling charge. The surgical tubing, used for the attachment straps for truStroke swim paddles is a very high quality, American made tubing, and should last a very long time. If new tubing is needed, simply go to the purchase page and select “replacement tubing”. Enter payment information for shipping and handling. A replacement set of precut attachment tubing will be shipped immediately.
If your truStroke training paddles should fail in any way, due to normal training use, simply send an email to support@trustrokeswim.com with your contact information, including email and a brief explanation of how the paddles failed.
Please include your approximate date of purchase. Receipt is not necessary.
If you were provided a personal pair of paddles by your team, please include the name of the school, swim club, or organization which provided the paddles for you.
You will receive, via email, a return prepaid shipping label and instructions for returning the paddles to receive your replacement pair. You will be responsible for providing the return 9 inch x 11 inch shipping envelope.
